What is Thai Yoga Therapy? Thai Yoga Therapy is a full-bodied treatment that

combines the effects of yoga, meditation, deep pressure point therapy and

assisted stretching at the same time. Based on Nuad Bo-Rarn, the ancient style

of Bodywork from Northern Thailand, Thai Yoga Therapy is a dynamic, therapeutic

approach to holistic health that uses reflexology, acupressure, joint mobilzation,

myo fascial release, passive stretching and assisted yoga poses to promote physical,

energetic and spiritual wellness. This deeply relaxing, pain relieving and soul retrieving blend of assisted yoga, mindful movement and traditional Thai bodywork encourages increased range of motion, relief of pain and muscle tension, muscle lengthening and flexibility, and improved lymph and blood circulation. you can benefit from yoga as a runner.

We will explore the breath, learn poses to strengthen and stabilize the body, increase

range of motion, improve flexibility and relax and re-focus the mind.Our primary

focus will be the hamstrings, quadriceps, hips, core strength, and oxygen optimization.
This workshop is designed for  all levels~no previous yoga experience necessary.
