Barre: Our barre classes are based on the elements of ballet, yoga, core and athletic conditioning that consist of high energy, low impact exercises. The ballet barre is a perfect prop designed to support the body in both static and dynamic movements leading to long, lean muscles. Our barre classes also incorporate small hand weights and stability balls. All movement is controlled and very focused, as well as effective and safe for all body types. An invigorating one hour workout that will transform your body, ballet barre based workouts have been toning and shaping celebrity bodies for several decades.
Gentle Yoga/Therapeutic Flow: This class features a flowing posture sequence partnered with breath awareness, and relaxation. You will expand your strength, stamina and flexibility. Yoga poses are never ending. You will enrich your current foundation and grow in your postures, mind and heart.
Hot Yoga Flow: Hot Yoga Flow is facilitated in a heated room to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles. Sweat, detox, and flow with this hatha vinyasa-inspired intentional dynamic practice. Movement is paced to build internal heat while focusing on alignment and breath.
Prenatal Yoga: Designed to create enhanced breath awareness, strength and flexibility during pregnancy, to prepare for birth and beyond. Gentle breathing practices help moms connect with their bodies and learn to regulate their breathing throughout their pregnancy and in preparation for birth. Postures are adapted for growing bellies and other physical changes and focus on gently opening the hips and pelvis as well as building the strength needed in the low body for giving birth.This class is open to beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
Rise Yoga: Wake up with the "sunRISE", with this punctual morning flow practice that energizes your day and harmonizes your body, mind and spirit. This class is suitable for all levels.
Restore: Very gentle restorative class, that has elements of both Yin and Restorative yoga.
Vin-Yin Yoga: Yin-Vin. In this class, we stress deep connective tissue while the muscles are cool so they are not working except to get into the posture. Over time and practice this provides increased mobility. Then we move into a Hatha flow that works muscle flexibility and strength.
Warm Flow : Warm Flow or (Warm Vinyasa) is the art of moving through postures with the breath and allowing the breathing to lead the way. The constant motion and intense muscle usage of Vinyasa coupled with the heat of a warm yoga environment helps to release toxins from the body, and improves flexibility and strength.
Warm Power Flow: This class is intended for yogis with an already developed vinyasa flow practice. In this class the room is heated to 90+ degrees.
